Animal Quiz World ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is developed and published by Chand Studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy. Questions? Contact us at dreambigappz@gmail.com.

Information We Collect

The App is designed to be played without creating an account and without providing your name, email address, or phone number. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information.

Stored on your device:

• A randomly generated, anonymous guest ID (a UUID) used to save your progress.
• Gameplay data: coins, level progress, stars, streaks, missions, achievements, and settings.

Stored on our game servers (Supabase):

• The same anonymous guest ID and gameplay statistics may be synced to back up your progress. This data is not linked to your real identity.
• No email, password, real name, or payment card data is stored on our servers.

Collected by third parties:

• Google AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and technical data to show and measure ads.
• Apple App Store / Google Play process all in-app purchases; we never receive your payment details.

How We Use Information

• To save, restore, and back up your game progress.
• To operate core features (levels, daily quiz, marathon, missions, leaderboard).
• To display advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases.
• To diagnose problems and improve the App.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. On iOS we request permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking that uses the advertising identifier, and in supported regions we present a consent choice for personalized vs. non-personalized ads. Purchasing "Remove Ads" stops the standard between-level ads.

In-App Purchases

Optional purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads, boosters) are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your payment information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the App: Google AdMob / Google Play Services (ads, purchases), Apple App Store (iOS purchases), and Supabase (game backend / progress backup).

Data Retention & Deletion

Gameplay data is kept while the App is installed. You can erase all of it at any time using Settings → Reset Game in the App, which clears local and server-side game data. Uninstalling also removes local data. To request deletion of backed-up data, email dreambigappz@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

The App is a family-friendly animal quiz. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact dreambigappz@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact dreambigappz@gmail.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App.
