Privacy Policy – Mech Merge Run

Mech Merge Run ("the App", "we", "us") is a mobile game published by Chand Studios. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

1a. Information you provide

• Nickname / display name – if you choose to enter one on the leaderboard screen. This name is stored on our Firebase Firestore database alongside your best score and level reached.

1b. Information collected automatically

• Gameplay data – your highest level reached and score are uploaded to a shared leaderboard (Firebase Firestore). No account or login is required.
• Advertising identifiers – Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy below.
• Purchase receipts – when you buy a coin pack, Google Play processes the payment. We receive a purchase token confirming the transaction; we do not see or store payment card details.

1c. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, camera, or microphone data.

2. How We Use Information

• Display your nickname and score on the global in-game leaderboard.
• Credit purchased coins to your in-game wallet.
• Show rewarded video ads via Google AdMob to let you earn free in-game coins.
• Improve gameplay balance using aggregate (non-personal) analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob – advertising SDK. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Firebase / Firestore – cloud leaderboard database. Firebase Privacy
• Google Play Billing – in-app purchases. Google Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries (nickname + score + level) are retained indefinitely so your rank remains visible to other players. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Security

Leaderboard data is stored in Google Firebase with server-enforced security rules. No payment data passes through our servers. While we take reasonable precautions, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing us. Requests will be handled within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
